Complaints filed by establishment operators and dismissed in mass by the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC).
Newly Updated information by Bird:
Complaints filed by establishment operators to the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). When the PDC reviewed the complaints they dismissed them in mass which reflects the agenda of the complaints.
Semi Bird has come before the Public Disclosure Commission five times so far with 1 more case pending. Four times he has been found in violation of the campaign finance laws RCW42.17A and WAC390 and one time instructed to make a technical correction of his filings. The PDC has fined him once in 2021 for failing to make timely financial disclosures and later formally issued additional written warnings four times on other violations. The Public Disclosure Commission has over 600 pending complaints before them and has resorted to issuing warnings to resolve complaints quickly rather than taking the more time-consuming approach of full hearings and fines on a majority of complaints. This has been a benefit to the Bird campaign as he has been able to not properly reports and full financial disclosures required of all campaigns in Washington. When caught through the complaint process, Semi has been directed to correct his false or missing reports. When Semi Bird claims dismissal of his complaint cases he only states part of the facts. Semi Bird has been found to have violated the campaign finance laws a great many times, has been issued written warnings numerous times and so far only fined once. What was dismissed was further investigation of the campaign and his records, not the multitude of violations he has committed.
Semi Bird has a pending complaint for not disclosing his debt for Patriot Builders LLC on his F1 financial disclosure filing, even though he had a current arbitration judgement. This same disclosure appears to be conveniently missing from various county candidate vetting packages as well.

Conclusion
Semi Bird has been untruthful about his habitual violations of the campaign finance laws and required disclosures and disparages those attempting to hold him accountable to the laws all campaigns are required to follow. Fair elections require compliance with the laws of our state.
